Friendly folks in the office, and very accommodating with my husband's miscalculations of our yard (we had to have not one, not two, but three batches of sod). Their staff were friendly (although we struggled with communication because of a language barrier) and seemed to do good work. Yard prep was pretty good. Overall, a good company and a fair price for the product.

Great customer service and we got a great product. They cut the sod the night before we picked it up; two weeks after laying it we have a healthy green lawn.

We called Korby Sod on Monday July 7th to order our sod. We needed it delivered on Thursday the 10th. They told us that they would be able to accommodate that and that it would be delivered in the morning. They were right on time and helped my husband unload all the sod off the pallets. All in all I was impressed with the company all around and our grass looks fantastic!

I called Korby sod to ask if they had any cut sod available for purchase at their office. Megan the secretary said yes, we had sod but we will have to cut if for you. (I was expecting the sod to be rolled up hanging out at the office for a couple of days.) I ordered 16 rolls to do some patchwork in my lawn. I came out a couple hours later to my freshly cut sod. As most people know laying sod is tricky but having freshly cut sod makes for a better transition to your lawn! Awesome job Korby Sod! A side note- learn from my mistake- don't put Weed and Feed down... it killed 1/3 of my lawn... hence the patchwork...:( Sarah Van Diepen

Hi, My husband's experience with Korby Sod was fantastic. When I first called, everything was explained to me very well. Korby accepted credit cards, which is always a plus, since we don't like to carry cash. My husband said the employees were great to work with. As a business owner himself, it means a lot to hear compliments about employees. We also liked the pallet return system. Thanks for this opportunity to comment on your company. I recently installed my own back yard and didnt know anything about planting sod. Kyle was not only helpful in picking out a sod that would best fit the use but they were very helpful and accomodating when picking it up. I ordered the Kentucky Blue Grass and it is beautiful. Also, my neighbor who is a landscaper even commented on the quality of grass and how great it looks! I am very pleased with my experience!

Very easy, the sod is great, they loaded up the pallets for us quickly. Even loaded it straight on our truck freshly cut. Looks gorgeous!
